The creative approach

I Love My Job knew they were different from their competitiors in how much they cared about the people they placed in new job roles, but their branding wasn’t expressing this. I worked with them to articulate what they stood for with the creative expression ‘Love your job, Love your life’. This articulation of the brand was then carried through at every touch point—the language on the website, new typefaces, a softer colour palette mixed with charcoal to retain professionalism, and friendly, natural portraits of their team and colleagues created a modern look for the brand moving forward that respected where they had come from. The logo was designed in such a way that it can be brought to life with the word ‘LOVE’ becoming a joyful element. This will be explored further in phase 2 of the brand development.
